Hilen is a New York native. She earned a BA in Business-Economics with a minor in French-International Affairs from the Skidmore College. Hilen has experience working with both large and small corporations; adeptly navigating in both business environments. She thrives in the ambiguous; enjoys a collaborative work environment where she employs her skills in organization, calendar management, multi-tasking, and process improvement. Hilen is also well-versed in construction management, purchasing, project management, event coordination, office operations and management, recruitment and onboarding among others.
Hilen loves creating! You can find her working on her next fashion design project or helping her friends select new design ideas for their homes.
