Prior to joining DCA Virtual Business Support in October 2015, Wendy gained valuable experience in clerical administration while working as a Case Manager, Executive Assistant, and Office Manager. Wendy applies her skills learned from these experiences in her role as a DCA Team Member by providing outstanding customer service and attention to details, which is imperative in helping our clients businesses run efficiently and effectively. She exhibits excellent interpersonal communication, meticulous organization, speed, and accuracy. She also holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC. Wendy views information from a customer’s point of view, striving to streamline communication, thus saving time and guaranteeing assignments are completed quickly and on time.

Originally from South Carolina, Wendy has lived in North Carolina for 10 years and currently resides in Salisbury, NC. She is a married mother of three and enjoys watching football, cooking, and attending her children’s sporting events.
