Natalie is a South Florida–based Virtual Executive Assistant with a strong background in training and development. She brings extensive hands-on experience in learning and development, team enablement, and operational support, having worked closely with leadership to build training programs, SOPs, and scalable team processes supporting 900+ centers nationwide within the beauty industry.
She is a proud mom to one son and a cat mom to two. Natalie is passionate about women’s wellness and enjoys creating fashion and beauty content, journaling, home décor projects, cooking, dancing, and spending quality time with her favorite person - her son.
