I was looking for a VA for a while. I've worked with a few over the years, but onboarding them and getting them consistent hours each week was more time consuming and stressful than it was worth. With DCA, I have the flexibility to use them as much or as little as I need each week. Because of the flexibility, I've actually ended up using them more than I anticipated.
